What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Since most of our items are custom-made, we don’t typically accept returns—but if something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right!
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Our typical processing time is 3–5 business days. After that, shipping usually takes 2–5 business days within the U.S. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships!
Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?
Yes—our tumblers are generally dishwasher safe, and we've personally run them through the dishwasher hundreds of times without any issues. That said, to keep them looking their best for years to come, a little caution never hurts. If you want to be extra careful, hand washing is always a safe bet—especially to preserve the engraving and finish.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $100! For orders under that amount, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
