Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at M and T Engravings.
Customized Products:
Due to the personalized nature of our engraved products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been customized, unless there are defects in the materials or workmanship. We ask that you review your custom design and personalization details carefully before submitting your order.
Non-Customized Products:
For non-customized items, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
Defective or Damaged Goods:
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We will require photo evidence of the defect or damage to process your request. If confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or offer a refund.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at tanner@mtengravings.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our return confirmation and instructions.
- Ship the product back to us at the address provided. Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item shipped.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, follow the instructions under "Defective or Damaged Goods."
